Through his co-workers, Carlos discovered job opportunities in banks that were suited to his professional experience. His first job in a bank was as a Senior Licensed Banker, which allowed Carlos to work and build strong relationships within his community. That experience led him to join BankNewport, where today he serves as the Lincoln Branch Manager.

Carlos shares, “My success is due to my passion for giving back, and BankNewport has provided me with opportunities to grow, learn, and develop relationships, both personally and professionally. My job is fulfilling because I can coach and develop a team that positively impacts the people who live and work in my community.
