Her duties encompass leading a team, enabling growth, and helping customers find financial solutions. A graduate in Retail Marketing and Management from Johnson & Wales University, Shaquita’s enthusiasm lies in aiding individuals to achieve financial stability.
Her dedication goes beyond her banking role. Shaquita shares, “I owe much to my colleagues and leadership at the Bank who’ve nurtured my confidence and helped me find my voice. As a young Black woman, I understand the unique challenges marginalized communities face, including the ‘imposter syndrome’ often felt in industries with limited diversity in management.” This conviction propels her ongoing advocacy for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in her field and beyond.
