Ms. De Los Santos is a driven professional with extensive experience in working with non-profit and for-profit organizations that focus on affordable housing, youth, and financial empowerment programs for low- and moderate-income communities. Lupita graduated from Roger Williams University with a bachelor’s in business marketing in 2022. A first-time college graduate, she was born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island, and worked throughout her college career. She has held roles at The Empowerment Factory, serving as Director of Outreach, HousingWorks RI as a research and data analyst, and RI KIDS COUNT as an analyst.

Lupita currently serves as Community Development Coordinator for Citizens Bank. In that role, she is responsible for supporting and assisting with various functions of the Community Development Department’s strategic direction in achieving an Outstanding CRA rating.
